Disappointed again with the quality of the food. Bonchon is suppose to be known for their wings, but they fail at it everytime we order. It’s never fresh. Very dry and stale. Not enough sauce or flavor. The wings looks like it just been sitting there all day and reheated. The manager or the food packer should check their food quality for each order.

I was told it would take 30 min for my order to be made it took them over an hour to make 5 pieces of chicken are you kidding me!?!?!?!?

The food is absolutely amazing. The spicy is very hot, but also sweet. The service is good overall. I knocked off a star because I had to get up and go find the server who was sitting at a table and ask him for refills in an otherwise empty restaurant.

Pretty good casual Korean food. The bibimbap is quite nice. The spicy crispy chicken tenders are absolutely to die for, sliced thin and wonderfully crisp yet not dry. The takoyaki balls are pretty good, smaller piece of octopus than I like and a bit chewy but not bad for being stateside and not a Japanese street vendor. I am definitely going to get back and try a few other items.

Ordered several orders of spicy strips for take out. The strips were not made fresh. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Strips were very dry inside - pretty disappointing.

Came in just after they reopened and everything was really good. Chicken strips were super crispy and really good white meat. Drink refills came before we asked which was very nice. They played some kpop music videos on TV but American music, hopefully next time they play kpop!

Reasonable amount of variety and sides for a Korean Fried Chicken place, service is unobtrusive, and polite, and you can request to take home either of their two sauce flavors, both of which are very good.

Food is great but service 🤦🏻‍♂️. Ordered an hour ahead and was given pickup time of 35. Hour later and food still wasn't ready. 😐.

I was not at BonChon. My wife & I velebrated her birthday next door at Noku with the best, freshest, most wonderful sushi.

Although the 2 staff members I saw were from Korea, the food was certainly not made in a traditional way. You might like it if you like simple fried food. But it's certainly not a typical Korean restaurant. The waiter was friendly and helpful, but I would not go again.

Definitely would never recommend. I went in by myself and spent 23$ for chicken strips and fries. The sweet tea was 2.95$ and I got no refills. The hot was way to hot to have nothing to drink and was miserable. I was there for one hour and he only came to take my order and bring my food. I told the manager and he laughed.

Food here is good, but like other reviewers here on Google, the service experienced has never been good. This time, we were told that the printer that transmits orders to the kitchen wasn't working. Yet we saw walk-in customers who placed takeout orders get served ahead of us. And no discount off the bill either, even though we were clearly kept waiting longer than we should have been. I think it's time to find a new BonChon location.

Service is excruciatingly slow - it took 20+ minutes to get our food. Service was subpar and the food is meh for the price. Seek food elsewhere.

Fantastic 🐔! Fast and friendly service under the new management. I would recommend Soy Garlic Chicken and Beer! Bulgogi fried rice is legit too. I think the restaurant should consider a self service soft drink machine that way people can refill drinks at their leisure, as Bonchon spicy chicken is SUPER spicy!

Update.....Bonchon reopened 1 year later and the wings and food is as good as I remember, and serves a few brands of beer. Place was clean and well staged. Service was fast and friendly.

Korean tacos are excellent. Really liked the bulgogi. Soy garlic wings are crispy and delicious. I also enjoyed the Kimchi.

This is the most fantastic new restaurant in Leesburg. Go get their soy garlic wings. They are crispy and moist and the sauce is crazy good. Lick your fingers and lots of napkins sticky good. Order the large for a table of 4 to 6 to share. My daughter loved the salmon avacado roll. Bolggogi beef is da bomb! Great for groups or just for two. Skip the fried rice, didn't live up to everything else. I eat Kim chee. I like it. Wow. Theirs is really, really spicy. Beware.

Nice food

Food is terrific as with all the other locations but the wait time has never been accurate or with reason. It’s empty but an hour minute wait when they say 20 minutes over the phone.

Service is really bad I don’t recommend anyone to go there also, she didn’t give us silverware when we asked for silverware she told us she only has two hands which was really rude. No refills for drinks had a badest experience ever. Worse experience and service ever 😡

Overpriced food, not worth it

We had been wanting to try out this restaurant since it reopened and we're so disappointed. The chicken did not have that unique extra crispy skin. We will not be craving this place anytime soon.

Food is decent but need to be more attentive. Twice now I've ordered something spicy and have to get up to ask for refills. They never refill the water until asked.

Food is good, but they need a better service. I certainly don't like to get snapped and get a hard no for asking more radish. She could've said nicer. It's just made me laugh with her firm tone and snappy attitude. ha.Service makes really differences for me to whether to go back or not. I hope they find a better person soon.

“Under new management.” Well, the new management must be pretty terrible. I LOVE BonChon and was so exited when it re-opened in Leesburg. I wanted to order food for pickup for my birthday tonight, but after not answering the phone the first time I called, they put me on a “brief hold” when I called back. My “brief” hold is currently going on 16 minutes. I’ve tried to call from my husband’s phone twice while waiting, and no answer. Get it together BonChon.

This place reopened under new management and I have to say it's fantastic! The atmosphere and the decor is awesome! I love the modern look. Food was better and so is the service! They even have a cute little kids section with tables and a tv. Coming back! 😊

Service is very poor. We walked in there and no one was there to help us to give us table. We went and took a table ourselves. We sat there for 10 mins, no one came to take order. Food was good but when the service is not good, so when you don't get good service you don't like the food even if you like them. There were no spoon or fork or anything on our table and we had to ask for them. Very disappointed with it.

The food is very good and consistent. My one complaint was the awkward service.

Great food. I had Japchae very delicious. Chicken wings were fresh and crispy. Server was kind and very knowledgeable about manue. Will visit more.

Loved the chicken and fries

This place can be the best place of all chicken places. There is addiction after BonChon!!! :)

We were excited about trying this place. We got seated and decided on what were going to eat and waited and waited for some one to come take our order. The staff kept looking right past us. The place was even mostly empty. We finally walked out and had a fabulous meal at BurgerFi.

The food is great but the service sucks. I watched our wings sit on the bar counter for over 5 minutes while the server was on the phone. My salmon avacado ball didnt have any avacado in it but the chef said it was mixed in (couldnt taste or see it). I would def recommend this chain to anyone but nt this location.

We went to the Village of Leesburg Bonchon on my daughters birthday, January 12. Unfortunately this turned into a horrendous experience for her. We ordered 3 meals, in addition an order of fries. We asked that the fries come out as soon as feasible. Unfortunately, we received no communication while waiting that there was some problem in the kitchen. We waited an entire hour for all of the food AND never received the French fries. To say we were disappointed, is quite the understatement. We had to track down refills for water, track down our check, and were even more disappointed that NOT ONCE did anybody recognize or acknowledge there was a problem. If there was some sort of communication, we could have salvaged our meal and gone some place. A complete waste of our $58. I can’t believe how bad of an experience this was! Unfortunately we chose BonChon as this was my daughters favorite place. I can assure you, we will not be going back

Horrible service and the wings were almost inedibly dry. I have had bonchon wings at many other locations but these were not up i par. I will echo all of the negative comments about the service. Slow, awkward, inattentive, incomplete.

For me it was a pleasant surprise! Our server was very kind AND hilariously sweet! The manager (I'm assuming) was very sweet. The food was also pretty good I had me my tteokbokki and that was good. Tje chicken, we had the spicy one and them chicken were spiiiicy but it was good! The only thing I can suggest is....the music. Maybe play some Korean songs? Reason why is sure this is a fusion place but it would be nice to have the full experience. After all I would be HAPPY to hear any KIND of korean songs. From kpop 트로트 or even traditional Korean instruments. Give customers the FULL ON EXPERIENCE.
